| The Operational-Tactical Command exercises the direct control over subordinated troops, organizes air defence of vital objects of state and military administration, economy and forces, defends the State Frontier in its area of responsibility, trains subordinated troops and conducts combat missions jointly with forces of operational commands of the Army in operations line.
